About the role
Responsibilities
- Animate the Copilot M365 user community
- Pilot and prioritize backlog of use cases
- Define and monitor adoption and performance indicators
- Support deployment of the solution and change management
- Produce executive-ready presentation materials
- Report progress to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements
Soft skills: Contract and benefits:
- Excellent mastery of Microsoft Copilot M365 (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment
- Experience deploying digital solutions
- Experience in change management and user adoption
- Ability to produce high-quality communications for top management
- Experience with KPI-driven reporting
- Language: French fluent
- Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership and facilitation
- Synthesis, autonomy, and results-oriented mindset
